Azdanny Kandan is currently the Regional Lead for Shell Hydroprocessing Reactor Internals in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of reactor internals while fostering business growth and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Azdanny served as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Shell and Facilities Engineer at Toa Oil Co. Ltd., where they honed expertise in various mechanical engineering disciplines. Azdanny began their career as an Executive Engineer at Sharp Electronics after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Ehime University, complemented by specialized training at Universiti Malaya.
