Balaji Srinivasan has over 30 years of extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager and IT Planning Lead at Shell since 2009, Balaji oversees financial accounting, internal reporting, and forecasting for significant business units. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager of Finance at GVK Biosciences, where Balaji managed financial close processes and delivered long-term plans, and Manager positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, THE BOMBAY BURMAH TRADING CORPORATION, Sterling Tree Magnum, and Northern Coalfields, focusing on accounting, audits, product costing, and project evaluations.
