Barbara Parker

Barbara Parker is a Process Excellence Lead specializing in Management Systems and Performance Improvement at Shell. They have extensive experience in emergency management, having developed and managed global assurance programs and led diverse teams in high-pressure scenarios. Previously, Barbara served as the Director of the State Oil and Hazardous Materials Response Team and the Supervisor of the Contingency Planning and Training Unit at the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Maine and are dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness through collaboration, strategic support, and continuous improvement.
