Barnaby Philps is an accomplished energy executive currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the British American Business Council in Texas. With extensive experience in exploration and development across six continents, they have led integrated teams to deliver significant commercial successes, including multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions and high-impact exploration campaigns. Previously, Barnaby held various leadership roles at BG Group and Shell, where they championed technology innovations and drove operational excellence. They are currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees at prestigious institutions, including a PhD in Petroleum Geoscience from Imperial College London.
