Barry Kimber

Barry Kimber is a retired professional with over 50 years of experience at Shell, spending 25 years as a Senior Mechanical Engineer before transitioning to a Training Manager role. They held significant positions in Learning and Development, focusing on Competence Development and Assurance, and worked on assignments in Brunei, Nigeria, and Qatar. For the last decade, Barry was a Senior Manager in Performance Improvement at Shell Global Solutions. Currently, Barry serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Kingsley Park Management Company Limited and is open to consultancy opportunities. Barry earned an HNC in Mechanical, Production, and Aeronautical Engineering from Wirral Metropolitan College.
