Ben Ives

Ben Ives is a Change Programme Manager with over seven years of project and change management experience, including more than three years focused on transformational change at Shell. Ben holds a Distinction-level Master’s degree in Project Management from BPP and has developed strong skills in collaborative problem-solving and open communication throughout their career. Currently, Ben manages strategic change programmes at Shell, where they have successfully improved project outcomes and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include positions at YouGov, Future Thinking, and GRAYCE, where Ben honed their analytical and project management abilities.
