Ben Songer

Ben Songer is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and military leadership. At Shell, from September 2018 to January 2025, Ben held multiple leadership roles, including Supply Chain Commercial Lead, Manage Supply Chain (MSC) Lead, and MM Site Lead for Shell Polymers Monaca. Prior experience includes serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps from October 2008 to May 2013, where Ben led and mentored a team of 22 personnel and managed significant equipment assets with high readiness rates. Earlier in the career, Ben worked as a Software Sales Specialist at IBM from August 2007 to August 2008, focusing on application and integration middleware sales.
