Ben Soo

Ben Soo has extensive experience in the energy sector, primarily with Shell and Shell Canada, from 2005 to 2017. Starting as a Maintenance and Construction Project Engineer, Ben progressed to roles such as Senior Environmental Program Manager and Development Planner in Unconventionals. Notably, as the E-Mobility EPCM Manager, Ben led initiatives aimed at decarbonizing passenger road transport and developing EV charging infrastructure in Canada. Key accomplishments include comprehensive management of the Natural Resources Canada EV program and significant involvement in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management for various mobility projects. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, obtained in 2005.
