Benjamin Lock has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the energy sector, beginning with co-op roles at GE from 2012 to 2013, where responsibilities included performing supplier quality analysis, redesigning components for enhanced performance, and implementing Six Sigma standards for product improvements. From January 2016 to December 2018, Benjamin Lock advanced to roles at Shell, serving as a Completions and Well Interventions Site Supervisor and Engineer, as well as a Completions Design Engineer. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed supervising safety compliance, optimizing job site logistics, and developing engineering solutions for well completions and interventions, all while focusing on continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
