Berrak Sert is currently serving as the Strategic Planning - Portfolio Planning & Development Manager at Shell since February 2018, where responsibilities include driving retail site investment strategies, analyzing post-investment performance, managing capital budgets, and developing process maps for Acquisition Managers. Previously, Berrak held positions as a Retail Pricing Business Analyst and a Joint Venture Facilities Business Analyst at Shell, contributing to fuels volume growth and overseeing financial analysis for storage terminals. Prior experience includes working as a Process Development Specialist at Aygaz and a Project Team Member at Unilever, focusing on forecasting and distributive trade analysis. Berrak began the professional journey as a Supply Chain Development Project Intern at Sisecam and a Supplier Development and Industrialization Intern at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. Berrak holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
