Bert Krieckaert

Bert Krieckaert is a seasoned project director with over 30 years of experience in the energy and biofuels sectors. Currently, they lead the HEFA Pernis project at Shell, focusing on strategic project reset and performance recovery. Previously, Bert served as the General Manager for Downstream and Renewable Energy Projects in Europe, as well as managing various LNG projects across regions including Asia Pacific and Europe. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute Alkmaar, and have undertaken multiple project development and management roles throughout their career.
