Beth Strickland

Beth Strickland has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Development Manager for Ursa/Kaikias at Shell since January 2004. Strickland's roles have included Studies Team Lead and Well Delivery Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed executing well campaigns and enhancing communication between subsurface and wells organizations. As Geology Team Lead, Strickland managed a team of production geologists, providing geological insights for projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to Shell, Strickland held positions as a Research Assistant at Penn State University and completed internships at Shell Exploration and Production Co and Apache Corporation. Strickland holds a Master’s degree in Geosciences from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Louisiana State University.
