Bharat Bhatia is currently the Manager of Maritime Operations EUAF, having previously served as a Cargo Operations Advisor and Ship Quality Assessor with Shell International. With over 13 years of sailing experience on VLCC and product carriers, Bharat has expertise in ship quality assurance, cargo handling, and maritime management. Bharat started their maritime career as a Deck Cadet at Wallem Maritime Services Inc. and has held various marine deck officer roles throughout their career. Bharat earned a Master Mariner degree from South Tyneside College.
