Bill Townsley is currently the VP of Deepwater Portfolio Delivery and Integration at Shell Energy Resources Corporation. With extensive experience at Shell, they served as Brentt Operations Manager and Perdido Venture Manager before taking on the role of Shell DW Well Delivery Program Manager. Bill has also held positions such as Asset Manager and Development Manager for Perdido at various Shell entities. They earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University between 1976 and 1980.
