Bolaji Ajao

Bolaji Ajao is a highly resourceful well engineering professional with extensive experience in well project maturation, HPHT well design, and risk management. Currently serving as the Well Engineering Team Lead for Shallow Water Operations at Shell, Bolaji manages the maturation of offshore projects and develops performance improvement programs while mentoring colleagues. With a background that includes roles as Lead Well Engineer and Drilling Supervisor, Bolaji has honed expertise in operations, project maturation, and relief well planning throughout a distinguished career that began with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and culminated in an MBA from Warwick Business School.
