Brad Hubbard

Bradley R. Hubbard is the Emergency Response Manager for Shell USA in the Gulf of Mexico, where they lead emergency preparedness and response programs for offshore operations. They have a diverse background in the energy sector, providing emergency management support in over a dozen countries and remote assistance for an additional ten. Prior to their current role, Hubbard worked as a Lieutenant/Firefighter and EMT in municipal Fire/EMS services, and gained experience as a dispatcher for a 911 communications center. They earned a B.S. in Crisis and Disaster Management and an M.S. in Occupational Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri and contribute to academia as a guest lecturer and advisory board member for emergency management programs at various universities.
