Bram van Aalst

Bram van Aalst is currently the Discipline Lead E&I at Shell, where they lead a team of twelve, focus on employee development, and oversee the optimization of operations within their discipline. Previously, Bram served in various roles, including Team Manager at De Jong Verpakking BV and Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor at Tronox, where they managed significant operational responsibilities and budgets. Bram's earlier experience encompasses technical roles at Diesel Service West B.V., Lans Westland B.V., and MWM Benelux B.V., contributing to their extensive knowledge in maintenance and service coordination in the energy sector. Bram holds a HBO bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration from NTI and additional qualifications in vehicle technology and control engineering.
