Brandon Mali

Brandon Mali is an experienced HR Consultant currently employed at Shell since December 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the 'Reshape' reorganization project and providing assistance to a segment of the Technology Organisation. Previously, Brandon has held various roles including Advisor Learning Excellence at Shell, Management Consultant Trainee at Quintop Management Consultants, and Learning and Development employee at Iv-Groep. Additionally, Brandon serves as a Board Member for NVP Young Professionals, where the focus is on organizing events for HR students and graduates. Brandon's career began at Fokker Aerostructures B.V. as a Junior HR Advisor and includes diverse experiences in project coordination, business analysis, and academic leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in (Pre)master Organization Studies from Tilburg University.
