Brandon Richards

Brandon Richards is an experienced business manager currently serving as the Business Manager for Biodegradables in the Americas at Shell since December 2022, where responsibilities include driving and identifying sales opportunities for the company's biodegradables portfolio. Prior to Shell, Brandon worked at PANOLIN America, Inc. from February 2017 to December 2022 as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the US subsidiary of PANOLIN International, Inc. Previous roles include General Manager at Kocsis Hydraulics, where Brandon contributed to sales growth and employee development from March 2005 to January 2016, and various sales positions at Kocsis USA® and Kocsis Hydraulics from 1998 to 2005. Brandon holds a B.S. in Biology/Biological Sciences from Illinois State University, obtained in 1998.
