Brenna Herbert

Brenna Herbert is an experienced professional in the fields of social performance, marketing, and communications, currently serving as the National Lead for Social Performance at Shell since January 2023 and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Barry's since June 2021. Prior to her role at Shell, Brenna was the Supplier Diversity Lead at TC Energy, where responsibilities included advancing supplier diversity initiatives across North America and aligning supply chain practices with sustainability goals. Brenna's experience spans various roles, including Socio-economic Advisor and Communications Specialist for the Coastal GasLink Pipeline Project, and Marketing Coordinator for KPMG’s National Energy Practice. A graduate of Mount Royal University with a Bachelor's Applied Degree in Communications - Public Relations, Brenna has also contributed to community engagement through positions with organizations like IABC and has held diverse representation in the energy sector.
