Brent Seifert

Brent Seifert is the Host Engineering Manager at Shell, where they previously served as the Deepwater Subsea Pumping Lead. They have extensive experience managing a variety of projects, including the Norphlet and Brownfield portfolios. Brent developed people and processes to drive successful Gulf of Mexico projects and has held several leadership roles, overseeing teams of both direct and indirect reports. They earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
