Bruce Culpepper

Bruce Culpepper is a retired President of Shell Oil Company, having served as US Country Chair from April 2016 to the end of 2018. In this role, Bruce engaged with diverse leaders on energy policy issues and advocated for innovative solutions for sustainable energy. Bruce graduated with honors from the University of Alabama in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and held various leadership positions at Shell over a 38-year career, both domestically and internationally. An avid outdoorsman, Bruce is involved in land and water conservation efforts and serves on multiple boards, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
