Callum Weir is currently a Nature-Based Solutions Technical Adviser in Agriculture at Shell, where they focus on developing sustainable agriculture and land management carbon projects. They previously served as the Head of Programme for Climate and Agriculture at WWF-UK, leading advocacy strategies on agriculture and climate topics. With a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from SOAS University of London, Callum has also managed a regenerative farm and worked as an Agricultural Commodities Trader at Cargill.
