Carl Blom

Carl Blom is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reservoir engineering and acoustics. Between 2009 and 2013, Carl worked at Shell, where roles included Research Reservoir Engineer for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), leading teams in the Gulf of Mexico, and serving as Chief Product Manager for the PetroSigns platform. Earlier, Carl was an Acoustics Engineer at Boeing, contributing to noise reduction efforts for the 777 and 787 aircraft. Carl holds a Ph.D. in Aeroacoustics from the University of Twente and a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
