Carla Giannitelli is currently the Commercial Lead at Shell, overseeing commercial activities and negotiations related to the Val d'Agri oilfield, the largest onshore oilfield in Europe. Previously, they served as a Senior Commercial Advisor at Shell Italia E&P SPA, managing upstream agreements and commercial structures for the Val d'Agri project. Carla also held positions as a Business Advisor for the Association of Environmental Industries and a Regulatory Analyst on secondment at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. They began their career as an Oil & Gas Project Economist at Enterprise Oil Italiana Spa, focusing on economic analyses of investment decisions in the oil and gas sector. Carla holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management of Energy and Environment from Eni Corporate University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
