Carlo Malonzo

Carlo Malonzo is a graduate sourcer in the Resourcing Delivery team at Shell since April 2022, focusing on IDT projects across North America, the Netherlands, and Bangalore, India. Carlo oversees the US Internship Program and develops a deep understanding of business requirements and roles. Previously, Carlo held the position of Sourcing Specialist at Hammerjack, managing recruitment services and providing market research. Prior experience includes HR Operations Executive at Accenture, Human Resources Associate at Siklo, and Human Resources Recruitment Assistant at Global Pacific Knowledge Consultancy Inc. Carlo also has experience in multimedia and writing through roles at the University of the East and Altermidya. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of the East.
