Carmen Cuartin

Carmen Cuartin is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director Reliability Maintenances and Turnaround at Atlantic LNG for Shell since October 2021. Prior roles within Shell include Manufacturing Excellence Manager and Digitalization focal point for Pearl GTL, as well as Vice President for Safety and Environment in Unconventionals, overseeing safety and regulatory compliance in North America and Latin America. Carmen's extensive background also includes managing operations at the Shell Puget Sound Refinery and various positions focused on process engineering and operations in Shell and TOTAL. Carmen holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and a Master's in Science in Refinery, Petrochemical, and Gases, sponsored by IFP institute.
