Carol C. has extensive experience in quality management and engineering across multiple companies in the energy sector. Currently serving at Shell as Ops Excellence DW Quality West and previously as Wells Quality Lead & SME Welding and Senior Quality Engineer - SME Audits since September 2013, Carol focuses on quality assurance and operational excellence. Prior roles include Supplier Quality Management at BP, where a standardized SQM system was implemented, and Supplier Quality Manager at Energy Alloys, where processes for supplier management and quality improvement were established. Earlier experience as a Supply Chain Specialist at Schlumberger involved vendor evaluation and cost-saving initiatives.
