Carol Chen is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as the Global Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Shell Mobility, along with the role of Chairman at Shell Brands International. With over a decade of experience at Shell, Carol leads a global lubricants marketing organization generating over $12 billion in revenue, overseeing multiple billion-dollar brands and a diverse team of more than 120 professionals. Prior to Shell, Carol held various senior marketing positions at Procter & Gamble, where significant contributions were made in the Asia Pacific region and the global haircare franchise. Carol's academic pursuits include studies at prestigious institutions such as IMD and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on digital disruption and competing in the digital age. Additionally, Carol has served as a Non-Executive Director at Shell Downstream Turkey JV since August 2021.
