Carolina Diaz is an experienced engineer with a strong background in subsea systems and project management. At Shell, from October 2014 to May 2018, Carolina served as a Discipline Engineer, developing a real-time design database and overseeing the design of the subsea chemical system. Carolina also completed an internship as a Petroleum Engineer at Antero Resources in mid-2013, focusing on frac design, drilling operations, and production. Since May 2018, Carolina has held the position of Project Engineer at Shell, specifically for the Vito Floating Production Platform, where responsibilities include managing global supplier engagement and performance, as well as leading a complex subsea contract involving high safety risks. Carolina is currently pursuing an education at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 2022 to 2024.
