Caroline Morse has a background in contracts and procurement, having held various roles within supply chain management. They served as an Indirect Buyer at TechnipFMC from 2019 to 2020, and as a Global Supply Planner II at YETI from 2020 to 2023. Prior to these positions, Caroline was the President of Bauer SPO, where they promoted student engagement in supply chain topics, and also gained valuable experience through internships with Chevron and LyondellBasell. Caroline currently leads Supply Chain Commercial efforts for US Midstream at Shell. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston, along with an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Lone Star College.
