Catherine Alaniz is an experienced professional in well operations, currently serving as the GM for Global Wells Performance & Planning and GM for Well Operations, Onshore Americas at Shell. With a background in various engineering roles, Catherine previously worked as a Senior Completion and Well Intervention Engineer and has extensive experience in deepwater operations management. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Prior to her current positions, Catherine held several engineering roles at Shell and Newfield Exploration from 2011 to 2014.
