Catherine Hetherington is a seasoned commercial leader currently serving as the Deal Lead for Downstream A&D EMEA at Shell, where they focus on energy transition initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, Catherine has led cross-cultural teams and managed significant transactions, leveraging a PhD in organizational psychology to enhance team performance and drive organizational transformation. Their past roles include Integrated Business Value Manager and Internal Auditor at Shell, as well as a Behavioural Safety Advisor, contributing to safety performance improvements in the industry.
