Cecile Exterkate

Cecile Exterkate serves as the Health Manager for Global Projects & Ventures and the Manager of Shell Health International at Shell, where health support, medical expertise, and services are provided to enable business outcomes. Concurrently, Cecile is a member of the Curatorium for the Executive Master in Change Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and holds various supervisory board positions with organizations such as Dichterbij, Slachtofferhulp Nederland, and Perspectief Herstelbemiddeling. Additional roles include membership in Topvrouwen.nl and volunteering with Microkrediet voor Moeders. Previously, Cecile was a board member at de Nederlandse ggz and chairman of the board at vLOGO. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Social Sciences from Radboud University, an MHA from TIAS School for Business and Society, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from Radboud Centrum Sociale Wetenschappen, complemented by leadership programs at Natural Leadership and IMD.
