Cesar Arreaza is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Shell, a position held since 2003. Prior to this role, Cesar was a Senior Litigation Counsel at Cooper Industries, Inc. from 1995 to 2003 and a Senior Associate at Bakerbotts LLP between 1988 and 1995. Cesar earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Cum Laude, from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a Doctor of Law, Cum Laude, from South Texas College of Law. In 2019, Cesar retired from Shell Oil Company.
