Chad Mansfield has over three decades of experience in the chemical industry, with a significant tenure at Shell since September 2007. Currently serving as the Sustainability and Decarbonization Commercial Lead for Shell Chemical, Chad focuses on implementing sustainability platforms and advancing plastic recycling initiatives in the Americas. Past roles at Shell include managing land logistics, product line supply chains, and driving profitability for ethylene oxide and glycols. Prior experience at The Lubrizol Corporation involved leading supply chain planning, optimization projects, and production control for multiple business divisions. Chad holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
