Chad X. Slater, P.E., a native Houstonian, is the Founder and CEO of Source2Load Engineering and Consulting (S2L), boasting over twenty-one years of engineering and project management experience. A graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a BSEE, Chad has worked across Nuclear Power Generation, Utility Power Distribution, and the Oil/Gas industries, holding Professional Engineering licenses in multiple states. Currently overseeing daily operations at S2L, Chad is skilled in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering and leads various community initiatives while mentoring future leaders.
