Chamil Otmani

Chamil OTMANI, CEng, is a highly experienced Metering Specialist with a strong background in offshore and onshore metering support across multiple platforms in the North Sea. Currently employed at TAQA Group since October 2020, OTMANI oversees the maintenance of Fiscal Oil & Gas, Environmental, and Allocation Metering systems for the Harding and North Cormorant platforms. Prior to this role, OTMANI served as a Metering Specialist at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and as a Metering Engineer at bp and EnQuest, focusing on operational support and system maintenance. OTMANI's career began at SERGAZ as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included creating new services and implementing a Quality Management System. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering degree in Metrology and Measurement Systems from Mines Douai and a State Engineer degree in Energy Engineering from USTO-MB.
