Chike Onyejekwe

Chike Onyejekwe is a retired Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company (SNEPCo), with over 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. They began their career as a Geologist, working extensively at The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, and held various senior management roles including Head of Geology and Chief Geologist. Chike undertook a five-year assignment as a Senior Production Geologist in Oman and later returned to SPDC before leading SNEPCo. They have participated in numerous leadership and commercial training programs, including at the Ashridge Business School and Wharton School of Business, and were awarded a Doctor of Science (D.Sc) by Anambra State University in 2016. Chike concluded their tenure at Aiteo Eastern Exploration and Production Company in May 2019.
