Chirag Parmar

Chirag Parmar currently serves as the Corporate Strategy Energy Transition Manager at Shell, where employment commenced in January 2017, following roles as Senior Strategy & Portfolio Advisor and Senior Concept Engineer. Prior to Shell, Chirag spent nearly a decade at BG Group from September 2007 to January 2017, holding positions including Principal Process Engineer and Project Engineer, and was seconded to Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. as Lead Process Engineer between April 2013 and December 2016, and to PTTEP as Process Commissioning & Start-up Engineer from May 2009 to April 2013. Chirag holds a Master of Engineering and MA(Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and completed additional training in Project Management and Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
