Chow Khim Chong

Chow Khim Chong serves as the Cluster Security Manager for Southeast and Northeast Asia in Corporate Security at Shell since January 2022, following a tenure as a Marine Security Advisor at Shell International Trading and Shipping Company Limited. Prior to joining Shell, Chow Khim Chong dedicated over 30 years to the Ministry of Defence of Singapore as a Naval Officer, holding various key positions including Commander of the Civil Resource Squadron and the Underwater Search and Locate Operations Task Group, alongside roles in project management and training development. Chow Khim Chong holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Loughborough University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Management from The University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Production Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
