ChowIt Kuay

ChowIt Kuay is the Format and Alliances Manager at Shell Malaysia, where they drive non-fuel retail growth and oversee the expansion of Shell Cafe as well as strategic partnerships. With over 15 years of experience in engineering and retail innovation, they have successfully implemented complex network expansion programs on time and above revenue targets. ChowIt previously held roles at Petron Corporation and Meinhardt Group, where they contributed to retail design standards and managed key projects in downstream oil and gas. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
