Christie Jensen

Christie Jensen has extensive experience in human resources within the energy sector, having held several key roles at Shell and its subsidiaries. Notable positions include Upstream Americas Policy Advisor at Shell Exploration & Production Company, where responsibilities included supporting over 8,000 employees across the Americas and advising on HR policies, and HR Director for LNG Canada, overseeing the entire HR function, organizational design, and payroll and benefits implementation. Christie also served as an HR Manager at Shell Canada, focusing on employee relations, and has a background in various HR roles prior to joining Shell. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Haskayne School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Lethbridge, and a Certificate in Project Management from Mount Royal College.
