Christina Elvers

Christina Elvers is a senior sustainability and carbon markets professional with over 15 years of experience in low-carbon development internationally. Currently, Christina leads the carbon markets strategy for Shell’s Environmental Products Trading Business, focusing on the voluntary carbon market and collaborating across teams to enhance the carbon credit portfolio. Prior to this role, Christina managed sustainable land-use initiatives and REDD+ at PwC UK, integrating natural climate solutions into corporate strategies. Christina holds an MSc in Environmental Technology (Distinction) from Imperial College London and a Diplom in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin.
