Chuck Vecere

Production Engineer

Chuck Vecere is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Chuck began a career at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Technical Undergraduate Student Intern, focusing on stockpile stewardship and nuclear non-proliferation while holding a Department of Energy Q security clearance. Following this role, Chuck progressed through various engineering positions at ConocoPhillips, where responsibilities included development and production engineering in coal bed methane and tight gas. Chuck then served as an Equipment Engineer at Intel, managing analytical equipment for quality control. At QGC - A BG Group Business, Chuck excelled as a Lead Production Engineer for the world's first CSG to LNG megaproject, becoming a subject matter expert in progressive cavity pumps. Subsequent roles at BG Group and Shell emphasized production engineering and artificial lift expertise in shale oil fields, including the Haynesville and Vaca Muerta shales. Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
