Cindy DeLaney possesses over thirty years of experience in trading and technical roles within the petrochemical and refining industry. Currently serving as Global Trading Manager for Fuel Oil and Feedstocks at Shell since January 1999, Cindy has played a pivotal role in establishing Shell Trading as the world leader in fuel oil trading during the past eight years. Additional positions held at Shell include President of Shell Trading US Company, Director of Shell Trading Risk Marketing Company, and Americas Fuel Oil and Feedstocks Trading Manager. Prior experience includes trading roles at Koch Industries and ARCO Chemical Company, as well as engineering positions at Barnard and Burke Engineering. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
