Clare Pagatpat possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and resourcing delivery. Currently serving as a Graduate Sourcer for Shell since September 2021, Clare is responsible for sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes. Prior experience includes a seven-year tenure at PSG Global Solutions, where Clare implemented tactical sourcing strategies, screened candidates, and managed candidate databases for key clients. Clare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Manila Business College, obtained in 2014.
