Claudiu Badea has extensive experience in early careers management and recruitment within prominent organizations. At Shell, from March 2020 to October 2022, Claudiu served as Early Careers Lead for the EMEA region, overseeing early career pathways and implementing a cohesive regional strategy. Prior roles at Shell included Early Careers Recruiter in the UK and Employee & Industrial Relations Advisor, where significant achievements included successful recruitment and transformation projects. Claudiu's earlier positions include Talent Acquisition Consultant at Korn Ferry, where successful headhunting contributed to the formation of Vodafone's Big Data team, and Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Hunt, where a new finance desk was established with notable growth. Claudiu holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a First-Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Global Business Management from Coventry University London.
