Colette Mulder is currently the Head of Legal for the Netherlands and Associate General Counsel for Technology, bringing extensive experience in intellectual property law and corporate litigation. Previously, Colette held various legal roles at Shell from 2017 to 2021, and worked as a lawyer at Bird & Bird LLP from 2005 to 2013, specializing in Life Sciences and Food Law. Colette has also contributed to the Association of Corporate Counsel's IPN leadership team from 2021 to 2022. Colette is pursuing degrees in Intellectual Property Law at New York University and Law at Leiden University, alongside studies at Hemingway Professional Governance and Universitat de Barcelona.
