Dalawr Noraddin is a Senior IDT Manager with extensive experience in IT operations and enterprise infrastructure. Previously, Dalawr served as an IT Manager at OMV and led digital transformation initiatives for the Kurdistan Regional Government. Dalawr has also worked as an IT Operations Lead at Shell, managing enterprise-scale Cloud Hosting and Data & Analytics platforms. Currently, Dalawr is pursuing a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Baghdad.
